Who’s got the power over my image loader?

  • I have a serious problem uploading images /galleries in my blog since I cannot perform a batch upload any more.

    So who is deciding whether I’m allowed to upload 1 or several images when I am pressing the “Browse…” button?

    is it my computer aka Microsoft (the windows system)?
    is it you – WordPress? or
    is it the Web-hotel?
