    Hi @zakirstage

    Thank you for your report.

Just to make sure I am understanding properly, Jetpack Boost is working for you now, but you are unable to make use of the Critical CSS feature?

I am not sure whether i would say its working. I disabled the critical css generation as it messed up the style. So i disabled it. Defer script was ON then i found on certain pages where i have iframe code, the form was showing in after footer meaning it is displaced. So i had to disable it. Only thing running is lazyload but as far i know WordPress core provides lazyload already so i don’t see its value here but its ON and so far no issue. But i really wanted critical css and defer script. But both not working. It would be nice if we have the option to exclude certain js files from defer script module. Currently it defers every js files and it causes issue.

Our server cloudways and we use cloudflare.

    Hi @zakirstage

By “working” I simply meant that you are no longer receiving that error message with the metrics timing out, sorry for the confusion.

The benefit of the lazy load provided by Jetpack Boost is that it has backwards compatibility to older browsers that don’t support the way lazy loading is implemented in core.

At any rate, we’ll look into this more. Thanks providing more information!

Oh google pagespeed metrics didn’t work at all. I am getting timeout error.

Okay understood the jetpack lazyload. Cool.

    Hey @zakirstage,

I checked Google Pagespeed and it seems to be working now, in case you want to give it a go again ??

Let me know if there’s anything else we can do to help as far as Jetpack Boost is concerned. Thanks!
