You can try to set this up using WooCommerce Memberships. It allows to differentiate the pricing based on membership. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-memberships-plans/#section-5

You will still have to add the minimum order quantity though.

Thanks for the feedback Con, much appreciated. If we go this route, is there a certain way we need to add minimum order quantity to this particular plugin? I’ve contacted the developers to see what they recommend for this feature. I’ll share the feedback here in the forums.

The only way (outside of using custom code) that I can think of would be to take a closer look at the https://www.woocommerce.com/products/minmax-quantities/ extension – that allows you to set the minimum quantity that can be purchased ??

I have both plugins installed, what I am trying to figure out now is how do you make 3 different prices show on one product.

Price One: Retail
Price Two: Wholesale
Price Three: Qty 12+

For this I would create a variable product and then use WooCommerce Memberships to give access to the particular variations.
