Hi, I put this up last week and the ticket shows resolved even though it’s not.

I can confirm that I made the user a wholesale customer. I used one browser to create the wholesale customer and pricing with the admin login (safari) and each one has a different email address. Then went to another browser (chrome) using the incognito option to then login as my wholesale Customer and the price is still showing retail not displaying the wholesale price. I have screenshots if there’s a way to send those to you?

I want to buy your premium version but so your free version isn’t working and I’m not getting any support on fixing the issue. Do I need to look at another product plugin?

    Hi @bonniec27,

My apologies about that, usually it email notifies me when a new comment is left on that old thread.

Yes please if you could forward the screenshots you can use something like https://snag.gy to share.

Would be great if you could test a couple of things to eliminate the obvious culprits too:

    1. Deactivate all other plugins other than WooCommerce and WooCommerce Wholesale Prices and see if the problem goes away. If it does, reactivate plugins one by one, testing in between to see which is the cause.

    2. If deactivating all the other plugins doesn’t make the problem go away, switch the theme temporarily to one of the default themes like TwentySeventeen. This will eliminate the theme being the problem.

If you can share those screenshots, including the user edit screen showing the user role and also how you have setup the product with the pricing that would be great. If you can also send a screenshot of the plugin row in the installed plugins screen too so we can confirm which version we’re dealing with.

    Thanks!

Hi Josh, I turned off all of the plugins except the woocommerce plugin and the wholesale. Each time I turned one off I did a refresh as the wholesale customer plugin. It still showed the price as $25.00 even though it was $20.00 for the wholesale customer. I also turned off the theme framework which is Divi to Twenty Seventeen and did another refresh and I even logged out and logged back in as the user and it still showed the wrong amount. Here are the screenshots of everything.

    Hi @bonniec27,

    Thanks for the reply.

In your screenshot here it’s showing user as “Wholesale Buyer” role. This is incorrect, it should say “Wholesale Customer” which is the built-in role created by our plugin.

I’m not sure where that other role came from but this would be why the user cannot see wholesale pricing.

    Hope this helps!
