We have migrated our site to another host and all of our wholesale pricing is not showing in the admin area or on the front end. It does appear to be in the wp_postmeta table though. Can you please assist.

We moved it from their development server at ourdomain.theirdomain.com to ourdomain.com That’s when the pricing disappeared. The host said the following:
“It’s possible it could be getting stored via some kind of serialized data. If the search and replace of the URL is removing it you may need to re add it entirely under the live domain. That or you could check in with the plugin developer to see the recommended method to change domains for this pricing option.”

We can’t readd all the pricing as there are over 1600 products.

I am having the exact same issue and must go live today

@chrissaibot Are you with WP Engine by any chance?

I am which leads me to think it is on their end. I am going to direct them to this thread.

    Hi @kayzoe1 and @chrissaibot,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

The missing wholesale price could be caused by a lot of different factors. When this happens, we suggest using the Re-Initialize Product Visibility Meta button, located on WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Prices > Help, to fix missing wholesale data/products. In addition, please try to resave the products and the product categories to see if that also helps.

If the issue still persists, we would need to access your sites and check the PHP error log to investigate further. Kindly reach out to us via our support form here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/

I hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Hey guys, how did you get on with WPE support? Are they going to be fixing their migration script?

Let us know if there’s anything we can do to help.

From what I can tell the “Re-Initialize Product Visibility Meta button” doesn’t exist in this version of the plugin.

I’m experiencing the same issue as the guys above after migrating from a development subdomain to the live site domain. I am not using WPEngine.

Okay, here’s the trick. If your wholesale pricing goes missing as described above simply de-activate this plugin and re-activate it.

    Glad I could help. ??

    Hi @landonbotis,

    Thanks for sharing this information.

I apologize for overlooking at this issue. The “Re-Initialize Product Visibility Meta button” is usually the go-to solution when it comes to wholesale price visibility issues. Unfortunately, this is a premium version exclusive feature.

I’m glad that by simply re-activating the plugin solved the issue for you. I’ll take note of this and will suggest this to our users who will have this issue in the future.

Thanks again and have a nice day!
