    We haven’t received any email from you. Some basic troubleshooting that you can do:
    ? Clear Cache – if you have an active cache on your site, please try to clear it. Plugins/applications run better after you clear the cache.

    ? Deactivate and Reactivate plugin – it’s like jump-starting the plugin.
