I set up a new item and when I entered all the information including the Wholesale Cusotmer ($) field and saved it, the amount disappeared. I added it again and updated and it is removed again. I cannot figure out how to get this field to update and stay after saving.

    *** UPDATE***

I did a copy of another product that had a wholesale price and tried to update it and save. It didn’t work.

I just tried the Quick Edit option on the new item from the product list, updated the wholesale price via that function, clicked on update and it worked.

There appears to be an issue with the creation and updating of the pricing field.

    Hi @ladybugsandbees,

This definitely sounds like a plugin conflict here with something not returning on the save_post hook properly after doing it’s job (many plugin use this hook along with us.. we use it to save that field).

Can you please try deactivating other plugins other than WooCommerce and Wholesale Prices and see if the problem remains?

If so it’s a plugin conflict and you can find the suspect plugin by re-enabling and testing inbetween each to see where the problem lays.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Josh
