    Hello, tried your plugin to create a simple bundle, followed the written and video instructions, i marked the default box and wrote a product on the default text box, yet when i publish the boxes on the combo are empty and it will not allow to add the products.

    i have a wholesaler plugin so my products do not have a regular price. they have special price based on the level of wholesaler.

    please advise

    Maybe there is a conflict on your site that causes this issue.

    You can try the same process on our demo website to make sure that you setup the product properly and it is working fine.

    If it worked properly on demo website then there is an issue on your site or there is an incompatibility.

    To find the incompatibility you can follow the below instructions.

    • Deactivate WooCommerce related plugins and only active the Product Bundle with WooCommerce.
    • Try to create a bundle product with simple products.
    • If it worked fine, activate other plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes this issue.

    Thank you for the prompt response.

    I went to your demo website and replicated the same scenario and got the same error. a bundle of products with simple items that have no price comes out as blank. product has ID number 341 on your demo website.

    Yes, when a product doesn’t have a price then it is not purchasable so the plugin doesn’t show them. So overall it is not an issue.

    For your scenario, you can set a default price for the products and then try it.

    If the above tip can not help you, then it should be customised to fit your requirements.
