• Mostly all of the files are showing as affected files.
Because of that my host provider blocked my port 80.

They say to backup and delete them, then scan for virus and at last unblock the port.

I can not delete all files as those all are important.
I’ve not changed anything in files.

It says affected because of these Viruses :
    SiteLock-PHP-BACKDOOR-GENERIC-md5-ayzf.UNOFFICIAL
    SiteLock-PHP-SHELL-jk.UNOFFICIAL
    SiteLock-PHP-FILEHACKER-qp.UNOFFICIAL
    {HEX}php.generic.malware.440.UNOFFICIAL
    SiteLock-JS-JSINCLUDE-ala.UNOFFICIAL

Please help suggest me way to get out of this.

Take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

As I don’t have any other backup before infection, I have no option then to go for restoring the same one.
But After restoring I will clean these themes and plugins and take a fresh backup.
will there be any problem ?

The reason I need to do this is, my web hosting company has blocked my port 80. So, for clean up I have to access WP.

Per the instructions, replace *all* the PHP files, then look through wp-content to make sure nothing has been hidden among your uploads. Once you have the site back up, check all your posts and pages to look for javascript hidden in the content.
