Whole site goes down when trying to make any changes in the admin section of wp

The site goes down and I get complete white screen and cannot get it to comeback until after a couple of hours of waiting. Have called the hosting company they can’t find anything wrong. I found this in error logs as I tried to research the issue as suggest but can’t figure out how it reads. Here is the error log:
