whole element is link when hover option active

Hi,

Thanks for a very nice plugin, which does almost everything i have asked of it…

It would great if there was a way to make the whole of an element clickable (ie a link to the referenced page / post ) rather than just the title with link. This seems particularly noticeable when using the hover options (flip-x, Spin-Right, Thumbs go left)
