Whole blog showing instead of cat

    I am using the Yootheme Avenue theme.
    Check under menu item, Workouts.
    I have used this code:

    [catlist ID= content=yes orderby=title order=asc]

    Example, on page with bodyweight, it’s:
    [catlist ID=Bodyweight content=yes orderby=title order=asc]

    It’s showing the whole blog on every page. Just want it to show the cat posts.

    Any assistance is appreciated.
