WhoIs Look up results a blank sheet

Depending on your connection sometimes you have to wait a little while for the result to load up.
Try again and this time don’t navigate away and simply wait 10 seconds or so to see if the page loads the “whois” output.

I did wait for more than a couple of minute twice. It gave me the same results.

Hi @andyrogers it could also be the IP address you are trying to test. I just carried out two test on my testing platform with two random IP address, no issue on my end.

What is the IP address you are trying to lookup? (I want to try the same lookup test from my host)
Does the problem occur for all IP addresses or just some?

I’d like to follow-up on this…

I have the same behaviour – WHOIS-loopup from the plugin works well on localhost environment, but results in a blank page on the productive site.

No matter how long I wait, the WHOIS results do not show up, altough giving the “WHOIS lookup successfully completed”-message.

This happens for ALL lookups I tried so far, not for specific IP-addresses.

Any ideas?
