who place multiple orders being charged for additional shipping

We wanted to report a problem with customers who place multiple orders being charged for additional shipping. When someone is placing an order for two masks, the weight of two boxes are calculated which increases the shipping costs for my customers. That is something we do not want to happen.
Please combine both masks into a single packaging so that my customer only has to pay for the weight of one box.

I have already contact with goshippo
I have integrate goshippo api to multicarrier shippo plugin
so when i have contact i got this answer Shippo doesn’t pass along shipping rates to display for buyers during the checkout process through our eCommerce store integrations.

i believe this is the solution
Right now we have configured packaging charges for each product, however we have to change this in the combined package so how i can do this
