Who is this plugin for?
-
Hi.
Firstly I wanted to thank you for creating this plugin. I love the fact that it is clean and simple. I build all our clients’ websites using Twitter Bootstrap and I was looking for an easy way for clients (most are fairly non-technical) to be able to use some of Bootstrap’s elements. Most of the time this just includes wells, small text, lead text, tables and possibly buttons. I was concerned about using shortcodes as I thought this might make it difficult for my clients. However I love the way you can easily insert examples with this plugin.
My concern is that the text in the modal box is very geared towards developers. For example:
This plugin won’t do anything if you don’t have WordPress theme built with the Bootstrap framework.
and…
This plugin contains a composer.json file for those of you who manage your PHP dependencies with Composer.
Although I understand this, most of my clients won’t have a clue.
I could fork the plugin, but I wondered whether the help box could be made customisable and whether it could be made easier to understand? Would it be possible to only include some of the elements in this box?
As I said, I could modify it myself, but I’d like to keep up with the latest updates.
Thanks!
