Who is responsible for the support?

HI guys
I am getting errors and issues out the wazoo and I wrote to Wolmart as im using the multi Vendor theme,they told me its an Elementor issue – some of the issues are the muti vendor plugin and some are elementors but all this ping ponging around is getting annoying – why is there not a central support system for all aspects of this plugin – I have done nothing all week but try to troubleshoot issue after issue and wrote to support that sends to me other support?
When I first starting using this set up things were great but then when I started needing support the whole scenario is making me angry and want my money back.
