Plugin to restrict content and email ?

  • Hello all,
    I’m after a specific plugin if anyone knows of one.

    I want a membership site that restricts content based on whether or not they have registered.
    Here’s the rub. Is there a way I can email the registered users every week/month a nice looking html email and if they unsubscribe from said email it revokes their access to the content.
