Wingerden, if you see Un-identified Page or Unknown Browser(s), it may be caused by one of two reasons.

    1. If you accessed the page ‘Visitor Stats’ from the side menu, that if you have not selected/clicked an IP, the page loads dummy data. What you have to do is select one IP at the top of the page and click ‘View Details’, this will load data related to the selected IP.

    2. If you have selected an IP from the dropdown or have clicked one from the details page, but still see Un-identified Page, then it is because the IP you selected was registered by the older version 1.3.2 or below, the earlier versions didn’t record relationship of IP and pages visited. In this case, there is nothing that you need to do. The IP in question will only be related to pages visited the next time it visits.

If it is not any of the two possibilities discussed, then it might be my mistake, just let me know what you think I will investigate and attempt to fix the issue.

    Mahlamusa,
Thank you for answering my question.
Step 1 I had done before and as I did not get any data I wrote this question.
Step 2 I did not think of it at that time but it sounds reasonable. I have checked the data several times (last 2 days on verious IP-addresses) but did NOT get any more information as only Un-identified Page and Unknown Browser.

As I collect the data always for a month I do not want to reset all data untill the 31st of January. I hope you understand.

So could you PLEASE wait until the end of January???? I will write back to you after I check the new information on the 1st of February.
    THANK you,
    Hans

    Mahlamusa,
Last evening I have resetted the hit counters. During that process there was the following error:
    ************************
    Visitors’ IP addresses and Information

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘0’ in ‘where clause’]
    UPDATE whtp_hitinfo SET ip_total_visits = ‘0’ WHERE 0 = ‘%d’
Failed to reset count for “All” IPs.
    Visitor’s I

I log out and loged back in again and than I resetted only one IP address and the other table (Page). All was OK than!
    ********************************

    Back to the original problem.
I have about 40 new IP addresses in the table. When I check an IP address I still see Un-identified pages like before.

I have FTP access to my httpdocs/content/plugins/who-hit-the-page-hit-counter\ and the corresponding directories like geodat etc.

Do you have any idea what I should do? Do you think I have made an error or something?
    Hope to hear from you.
    Kind regards,
    Hans
