Who can upload photos in Campaign Forms

Hi,

I am using WP crowdfunding on my website. The status for those who register is “customer”, and I programmed that this status can submit a campaign. But nobody can upload the images. Even when I allow other statuses. Only the admin function has been able to upload images via the campaign form, in the frontend.

What am I doing wrong?
