Whitespace upon failed activation

    Hi kgagne,

    Looks like there is some issue with styling and most likely with javascript. Sometimes the reason for that is custom theme.

    Try to switch to default WordPress theme and activate then. If no luck, please send us your admin credentials so I can have a quick look. Our email is [email protected]

    Thanks for the quick reply! Switching to the 2016 theme did not work, unfortunately. I’ll email you some credentials.

    Hi kgagne,

    Based on your feedback, we made a small change to the activation process. No you can activate the error check just with one click (no pop-up messages anymore).

    If you still want us to investigate the cause of your issue, please send us credentials and it’ll not take long for us to figure out the problem. After that you can delete our account for security reasons.
