• I experienced the same problem as other users here on this forum.
Just today my site went blank. I even cannot enter plugins section to deactivate the plugin. I need to wait for my IT experts to revive the last database or do something to switch off Super Cache through the database.
Is there any hint what to do to get the site back?

I changed the plugin folder’s name and got my site back.
I deleted the pplugin. Now please tell me what to do next?
    Will plugin reinstall work?

White pages usually (but not always) mean Out of memory.

Why don’t you enable debug and see what is wrong ?

Check above. Deactivating the plugin made my site accessible again.
It was not out of memory issue.

Apparently you have no idea what you are doing.

    Good luck.

Your comments do not solve anything. Apparently you have no idea either.

After some time I decided to try the plugin once again and give it a go. I installed it but strangely before I even enabled it, my site went blank both on front side and backend.

I guess that previous installation left some files or code lines which make my site inaccessible only after inactive (!) WP-Supercache lands on my server.

The htacces file has some lines inside made by the plugin. I tried to get rid of them but it would create a server error so I overwrote it with the previous version of the file. The site went back to normal.

Does anyone have an idea where the plugins leftovers are so I could make a fresh install of the pugin without these problems?
