I sell a service to schools and teachers add students to the site. Cleantalk blocked some students from one school as fake emails, but not all of them even though they have the same email structure.

I clicked not spam and it appears they are whitelisted for 30 days. Questions:

How do I permanently whitelist them?
Once I do, are they then added to the site? It seemed to let one student in , but when I whitelisted the others it didn’t work.

It’s doing a great job catching spam registrations – overall I’m super pleased – I just need to know how to let folks in who belong.

    Hello.

Could you please tell us the website URL? We would like to analyze requests.

All records generated from feedback requests will only be added for 30 days. To permanently add email or IP to your personal lists, you need to add them manually: https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage
