Does the same section appear empty when logging into your site from another browser that you don’t usually use? I just want to rule out a browser incompatibility with some CSS or Javascript that may be inadvertently hiding this section.
Secondly, has this been happening since a fresh Wordfence installation? I ask this because we schedule the daily cron job 10 seconds after the plugin is activated. If these checkboxes are missing on a new installation and scheduled cron is behind or has not run, that’s probably the cause. If you have a plugin like wp-crontrol installed, that could be affecting things but if that doesn’t sound familiar then the server could be stopping this in some other way.
We can check on whether the scheduled jobs are behind or there are other configuration issues on your behalf if you could send us a diagnostic to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”.
