    Hello,
I’ve been having issues with Wordfence 2FA and tracked down the (spam blocker) plugin that was responsible for returning errors like “invalid credentials, 2fa failed, etc.).

There is a place to whitelist programs in this spam blocker plugin. Can you tell me what IP addresses I should add for Wordfence so the plugin does not block your application at the login?

    Thanks!

Hi @goldendust20, thanks for reaching out to us for this.

    You need to whitelist 69.46.36.0/27

You can read more on this here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#servers-and-ip-range

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Hello,

is the above IP just to exclude /whitelist when 2FA is in use?

    Hi @crissineon,

I just found your recent reply here when searching for tickets involving our IP range myself. When tickets are marked resolved, the likelihood of us being alerted to further responses from new contributors to the ticket is quite low. If you need to start a new topic as per the forum guidelines, we will always be glad to help. We can assist our customers far more effectively if each ticket concentrates on a single issue for a single user.

The difference between the solution offered here and the IPs you now see on our IP range documentation is because there has been a server migration since this ticket was addressed.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Thx @wfpeter IPs adapted
