Whitelist to Not Logged-In Users

    Hi Support,

    My client wished to whitelist or grant access without entering the password to visitor/users who are not logged in on the website. I have tried to set it to visitor role however it is not working: https://prnt.sc/ue7uc0. The password protect still shows even I am not logged in.

    Please help.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    “Visitors” look like a WordPress role, which means you have to log in to be whitelisted. How do you create “visitors”?

    I’m sorry, it’s not totally clear to us.
    Non-logged-in users can view your private content. So who do you want to password protect your content against?

    Can you please help clarify?
