Whitelist IP Address Feature

Hello,

Thanks for this plugin. I would like to have some more strict rules for login retries but have the ability to Whitelist 1 or more IP addresses that are legitimate traffic. So that several real users of the site don’t get locked out if they happen to try a password or two from the same network (happens a little more than it should). Thanks!
