    Could help to check? Now it is not posting to twitter or FB.

    Hello, we will be changing when this message appears in the future, could you please contact your webhost and ask them to whitelist the IP on your server for you? Tell them its a ping from our website to ensure posts go through for users of our plugin.

    There are alternatives but for now please see if they could whitelist the IP for you then let us know.

    Something is wrong with revive old post now. Kept getting Revive Old Post is not set to post!

    I changed the settings but they are not saved.

    When I used the free version of the plugin I didn’t have any problem and now I bought it … It don’t work ! ??

    Can you please tell me which port number are you using for the ping through this IP => 107.170.26.57?

    I’m having the same problem despite contacting the Old Post people twice. The first time they said to check with my provider to get the Old Post plug in on their white list. I called Blue Host and they said all fine. I then contacted old Post again telling them this and they have completely ignored me. I even attached the System Report. Shame as rated this plug in. Any advice please let me know asap as would like to get working again. My website is https://www.robinmckelvie.com.

    We’ve replied you thrice but you kept opening tickets there, so I suppose you aren’t getting our emails? We also replied to your third email around 5 hours ago so did you get that reply?

    Please check your Spam folder as well, in case your email provider put it there.
