White stripe on top and bottom

    When I publish slideshow in post image have some white stripes on top and bottom. Background of the post on page is black, but I need to make this image cover the white space. If you need some screenshots please let me know.

    It’s depend of the proportion of the source images and size of the slideshow which you define in settings section. Try to play with size of the slideshow, change proportion of the images (in general size slideshow settings section). Try to select cover value to stretch image to the slideshow frame.

    Another option you can also change background color of the slideshow frame, in the case if you need to remove white stripes. You can define black color, for example.
