White strip under menu on loading

  • hi my site is on temporary location which is : Site

    i have 2 questions , first of all when i go to the site there is a white stripe under the menu which goes once the loading is done , how can i get rid of it ?

    and the second question is can i make the menu color of the site as this pic that i attached within this post ?
