    Hello,

Over the past week or so, large white bars have suddenly appeared on either side of my text in the Classic Editor. I saw another forum post with the same issue, so I dutifully disabled all plugins except Disable Gutenberg, and I am still having the same issue.

    I am using WordPress 5.4.2.

In addition to disabling all other plugins, also need to switch to the default WP theme. Then re-test. It’s pretty much gotta be either plugin or theme interference, as the described issue does not happen on default WP install.

I’m using Twenty Twenty. Maybe it’s some corruption somewhere else. I am considering switching hosting providers, anyway, maybe this is a good time to try a default install somewhere else. Thanks.

Forgot to mark this as solved.

Addendum: Twenty Twenty was at fault. I installed Twenty Seventeen and it worked.
