white space between header and content

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to get rid of the white space between the header and the content on my home page.

    I added this code to the Additional CSS in the theme’s customization section:

    .site-content { padding-top: 0px !important; }

    It seemed to help minimize the white space, but it did not get rid of it completely. It also didn’t affect mobile at all (still a giant white space).

    Any additional input would be appreciated : )

    Hello @cla927, thanks for choosing Bento! Instead of a content builder element, have you tried using Bento’s native header for this purpose? It won’t leave any white space after the header; here’s some additional documentation on using Bento headers, from the theme’s online manual.

    In case you were aware of that solution and chose the current one for a specific reason or due to a limitation of the former, please let me know!

    Hi and thanks for the response. Yes, that method works for static images, but I would like to include a video right below the header.

    I’m looking to include about a 2 minute video right below the header, and I would prefer not to have any white space between the menu and the video.

    Thanks for the clarification! Could you please provide a link to the page in question? (i.e. one with a video header)
