White Space appears above the web page

Hi all,

When I open dashboard, a few warnings pop up at the top. Here’s a screenshot of the dashboard: https://imgur.com/a/fe4Wz

The code that appears is as follows:

Warning: inet_pton(): Unrecognized address for=[IP address] in /home2/[user name]/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-community-events.php on line 268

Warning: inet_pton(): Unrecognized address for=[IP address here] in /home2/[user name]/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-community-events.php on line 274

Warning: inet_ntop(): Invalid in_addr value in /home2/[user name]/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-community-events.php on line 274

This has also caused white space to appear above the web page (of the size of a menu bar) when the site loads. But, the space disappears and site loads without any issues when ads are disabled.

So obviously, there is some ad script causing issues, but I am unable to find. Can you pls help me resolve the issue?
