White screen/messed up layout with everything I try

  • I am trying to create a great website for a business. I’ve researched themes, watched tutorials, and found my options for building a website on no coding experience (rely on drop and drag, visual editors, ect.) I decided to use the theme bridge, because of multiple layout options and customizable according to reviews. However everytime I import a layout, change options, change themes, no matter what i try I constantly get a messed up screen with posts all over the place, or even more common a white screen with a single logo on the top left.

    Remember I have no coding experience! I researched options where i would not need to..

    Whenever I create or edit pages they are never link even tho it says it is (permalink is correct and home page set from settings). It says error 404 page missing and such.

    When I customize my home page and header in customizer it doesn’t change anything. (eg: i wanted a language widget and search widget in my header but when i put them in not a thing changes)

    Each time I import a new layout I delete all previous menus and media like it says to do… someone help! I am beyond frusturated and wasting my company’s time.

    My plugins are all there and updated, I have visual composer and site origin site editor (currently deactivated)

    Because you’re using a purchased product, we advise you to approach the author for assistance. This is part of what you paid for when you bought the theme. You can find that here:

    under the heading of ‘Commercial Products’, though it also appears toward the top of the forum as well.

    I think you’ll get far better assistance than what we would be able to provide.
