White Screen While Page Load

  • I am facing a weird issue with the plugin. I have a wordpress+woocommerce website. Once the website is loaded, click on a product/page or use search. As soon as you click, the page turns white instantly and remains so for 3-4 seconds while the next page loads.

    This started happening only after I used your plugin. I disabled the plugin and this problem as disappeared. So I enabled the plugin again to see what exactly is causing issue. I disabled some features and it turns out that the Loader feature is causing this issue.

    What could be the reason for this? I am also using litespeed cache and cloudflare.

    We inspected your site and didn’t encounter any issue. Can you please a short video recording of the issue you are encountering? We will check it and let you know back.

    Thanks for the reply. You didn’t see issue because I had disabled the loader.

    This video is how pages normally load when loader feature is disabled.

    This is how it loads when loader feature is turned on. You can see how page turns white as soon as a link is clicked.

    We tried to re-create the issue at our end but we were unable to re-create it. Can you please clear the cache and check once whether having the same issue or not. Then do let us know.

    same issue here. the preloader simply wont work (the icon wont show, so, as in a user point of view, when there is no indication of loading of the page it doesnt necessarily entitled for the name “preloader”).
