    Hello.

When trying to update the plugin version 4.3.3 to version 4.4.2, a white screen appeared. Rolling back the plugin to version 4.3.3 did not change anything. The site has been restored from a backup.
I tried updating the plugin version in the order of releases. The latest working version of the plugin is 4.3.6.1, the plugin runs on PHP 7.4 and PHP 8.2, and updating the plugin to version 4.3.7 causes a white screen.

    Hi @horo63,

I’m sorry to hear that the update failed. Could you please disable the current version that you’re running and then upload v4.4.2 to see if that works for you?

    Thanks!

Disabling the plugin and installing version 4.4.2 does not help. After activating the plugin, a white screen appears.
Is there a way to keep the settings when completely uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it? In database tables?

    Hey @horo63,

    Thank you for your patience.

Can you tell us which provider your website is hosted with? We’re currently tracking and working on a fix for an issue where Bluehost hosted sites are experiencing white screens.

As long as you do not have the Uninstall AIOSEO option enabled under General Settings > Advanced, no options or data will be removed when the plugin is (re)installed. But I assume you’re not able to access that screen to see whether the option is disabled, so I would suggest creating a backup before doing so just in case.

    Hi @horo63,

We haven’t heard back from you in a couple of days. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
