White screen when not logged in

    Hello, I use the “Houzez” theme by Favtheme which uses Framework Redux. I have a problem with a blank page when the user is connected (a user not logged in). On the other hand, when I’m logged in, all the pages are activated correctly (Except those whose content is managed exclusively by the FR module).

    I’ve tested the plug-ins and it seems that white pages no longer appear when the Framework Redux module is deactivated.

    According to my tests, the problem is clearly with the Framework Redux plug-in.

    Are you aware of this bug?

    I can’t simply deactivate the module, as it is essential for displaying the theme correctly.

    Remember, Redux controls the theme’s options. When you disable it, you are disabling theme features, which, based on those error messages, is a theme issue. You’ll need to contact them theme author and report this to them. We are unable to support theme that use Redux as we do not have access to the theme, nor do we know how they use Redux.
