White Screen When Exporting Leads

I’m an admin user. We have about 40k leads. Would the volume be an issue?

If you are trying to export 40K records you need to increase the timeout on your server

What @pablogutierrez said, this is happening to me. As an admin, it worked but the author, shop_manager or another profile, when we clicked on export button, didn’t. Permissions, rules, etc?
