White screen when adding new products and product categories

Hi there, I’ve installed WooCommerce 2.1.5 on a test site I’m working on (2.1.6 failed every time I tried) which runs on the Genesis Framework (and is currently the default theme, although that may change). When I try to add products or product categories, I receive a blank screen.
Could you give me a little direction on how I might solve this problem?
