White screen upon creating 1st gift card product

  • SO i tried loading the free YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards into my woo commerce site and upon creating my 1st Gift Card product the screen goes white, the site is totally hung and I can no longer get into the site. Had to get tech host support to remove the plug in and restore. I have gone through the technical requirements for the plug-in and i believe all is met. any thoughts?

    We have tried the plugin and created the gift card products and eveything seems to work well. When did you get exactly the white screen? when you published the product?
