White screen – site completely down

  • Forced to roll back to previous install (older version, 2.0.66.33) – I’ve spent hours to get the site back up. Just renaming the folder and re-uploading the older version did not fix the problem the first time. I ended up wiping the whole site, including the database, and reimporting everything from backup. I have upgraded the plugin to the new version while all other plugins were deactivated. Still get the white screen.

    Given all of the support posts in the last few days, it would appear that this plugin has some serious conflicts with the newest version of WordPress.

    Also, I hear a new version of WordPress is coming out tomorrow!

    @dixonge – We are not aware of any specific issue with current versions of WordPress. What is causing your site to go into a WSOD I cannot say … perhaps a link to your site will help to provide some additional insight?
