White screen / plugin name

    Hi,

    We are getting a white screen when trying to add an instagram feed. I would like to delete the plugin and reinstall as a troubleshooting step. The plugin I am working with is named Smash Balloon Instagram Feed, and links to this Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed plugin from the backend. The site I am working on was developed with the former and I’d like to confirm this plugin is not substantially different.

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. The plugin is the very same, and is due to naming conventions that we must follow here on www.remarpro.com. You can safely reinstall the Instagram Feed with this plugin as it is the same as the Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed.

    Let us know should you still have issues with a white screen. In some cases, AdBlockers or even AdGuard on your PC can cause issues with blocking vue.js in our plugin’s feed builder.

    Thanks. Turns out the white screen was caused by a conflict with the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin. Ironic.
