• Greetings,

    The website I need help with is on a sub domain of my client’s server. I do this for exactly this situation.

    My client wanted a more professional look to his website so I installed the FSars Medical theme, which admittedly is a bit unproven.

    When I first installed the theme, it seemed fine. I did encounter some issues with the customizer. When I clicked the Publish button I got an error “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds.” In spite of this, the changes were applied.

    The white screen of death appeared the following day when I tried to access the dashboard.

    Here are the steps I have taken so far:

    1. Increased the memory limit in the config file: define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    2. Disabled all plugins by adding a “~” character to the beginning of their folder names.
    3. Disabled the FSars Medical theme by adding the “~” character to the beginning of its folder name.

    None of these brought back the wp-admin window back.

    This is all I found in the host’s error logs:

    2021-12-01 08:03:13 UTC [nginx][error] 42401#0: *70660372 openat() “/home/u2047-jvgusfnx7nvq/www/modernerapediatrics.com/public_html/.well-known/security.txt” failed (2: No such file or directory), client: 45.76.9.163, server: modernerapediatrics.com, request: “GET /.well-known/security.txt HTTP/2.0”, host: “modernerapediatrics.com”

    Hopefully one of you experts can point me towards the solution.
