• I tried to add a new user, and then got a white screen. I refreshed, cleared my browser cache, etc. when I log in, I can see every other page on the dashboard, except users.php. frontend of site works fine.

upped my memory limit, turned plugins off and on…. still get white screen of death on users.php

    anyone have any ideas>

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

yeah, did all those steps. and just did them again, on a different machine and browser. Even restarted my server! same problem, just that one page.

Try checking your site’s error logs for a specific error message. Your host should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.
