White Screen of death on edit page

Hi,

I am not tech-savvy, so I apologize! I have read through some of the trouble shooting for the white screen of death on the editing page of Elementor. I am able to edit blog posts in Elementor, but I cannot see the page to input my keyword, slug, word count, etc.

I have deactivated all plug-ins and do not see any issues. I have also changed themes without it resolving the issue. I am assuming this must be a memory issue. When I read through the trouble-shooting, it is too advanced and I do not understand how to do it. Thanks for any assistance.
