White Screen of Death on Any Page But Dashboard

  • For 2 days I have had trouble with a slow moving blog. I would have to reload after an error of Empty Response. Today I cleaned up my blog by deleting plugins I don’t use, emptying spam, drafts of posts etc…

    I am now getting a white screen any time I try to see anything besides my dashboard. I have no idea what to do. Can you help me out? I am not a techy person and don’t know how to do any coding. My blog is: https://searchingforthehappiness.com

  • Try deactivating all plugins by changing the name on the plugins folder using FTP (or Cpanel):

    wp-content
    pluginsHOLD

    If that doesn’t work, also rename your current theme folder – find it in the theme’s folder –

    wp-content
     themes
        youractivethemeHOLD
