White screen of death, no solution

    White screen of death for https://www.inda.org

    Have tried DeBug=”true”, still a white screen
    Deactivated plugins, also Changed plugins folder name, still a white screen
    Tried a different theme, also change theme folder name, still a white screen
    Functions.php looks good, and there have been no updates since 2012, and this problem just started today.
    Tried re-uploading a backup .htaccess file, still a white screen.

    I had same issue few months back and I tried following:

    1.. rename .htaccess to old.htcold
    2.. created new blank .htaccess
    3.. in admin section, save permalinks again (even if there is no changes to be made to permalink)
    4.. deactivate all plugins

    See if any of these works for you.

    If plugin deactivation works (you have mentioned that you did tried but still..) then try activating plugin one by one.

    Ended up installing back up files from last week.

    I had tried all of yours except permalinks, but it would be nice to know what caused the problem.
