Were they able to increase your memory limit? And if so, to how many megabytes?

Hi there, I had used the disgnose and solution suggested here ( https://support.mailpoet.com/knowledgebase/allocated-memory-size-issue/ ) but it did not work.
Than I set up new php.ini files in different php-Directories and then it worked.
