Great functionality and support

  • Because our solution is very custom, we tried trunk version from SVN to easily manage further development. Sadly this version, after activation caused our site to crash, because of PHP error. We haven’t tried version 2.10.0 downloaded as a zip file, which considering other comments, doesn’t have mentioned issue. After informing support about the issues, it was taken care of in 24h, while maintaining communication with us.

    After fixing this error, we found this plugin to work great and be well thought. The documentation provided is well made, there are also tutorial videos available. Some of videos are outdated and mention options not available in current version which can cause confusion.

    Eventually we decided to buy Basic PRO option and considering PRO Business for Evergreen campaigns access.
