white screen of death :/

can something wrong with a plugin cause the “white screen of death” in other words the white screen where your dashboard ought to be?

then i tried to delete the folders of the two most recent plugins i installed “albumize” and kpicasa, and it deleted what seems to be everything in each of their folders but then i get this msg:

Fetch could not delete “Albumize” because the FTP server says that the requested item was not a folder or could not be accessed. Server responded “directory “albumize” not empty.

say what?

now i can get my login screen but nothing after that. just white. ??
