• Hi,

I have the updated version of your plug in.

    Using Udesign theme

I have deactivated all my plugins except Autoptimize and one by one activate the others. Three different times I had different plug-ins “trigger” the WSOD, then when I deactivated the “trigger” plug-ins the WSOD stay until I deactivate Autoptimize and re-activate, then a different plug-in becomes the “trigger” for the WSOD.

Really frustrated, because this is the only plug in so far that optimizes the site speed.

    Any help is appreciated.

HI mwi69, some questions for you:
    * what version of autoptimize are you running now? did you run another version before?
    * you don’t have a wsod when those 3 plugins aren’t activated?
    * what are the plugins that trigger the wsod?
    * did you try to clean Autoptimize’s cache instead of disabling it?
    * did you try to deactivate CSS and/or JS optimization?

-I was running the most recent version 1.8.4

-No I do not, the trigger plugins were W3 total cache & Q2W3 Fixed Widget – I forget the other

    – Yes I did try and clean it (i just did moments ago, and it again gives me a blank screen)

    – I did not. (Just tried) and when I only have the optimized HTML checked I do not get the blank screen. Doing further testing it looks like the blank screen occurs when I am doing anything with HTML, CSS, or Java reduction through your plugin. If I have nothing checked off, but the plugin activated, my site is up and running

OK. Do you have access to your php-error-log? any relevant info in there?

Frank, no idea on that one. Sorry.

hmmm, could you ask your hoster if they can activate a php error log file for you to see?

concerning W3TC; do you have js/ css minification active? if so, can you deactivate (because that indeed migth conflict)?

I did read your FAQ or another post about that.

I deleted it cause I am not thrilled with W3, but I did shut off W3’s minification.

Working on the error log now.
